- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbls water
- 1 Tbls coconut oil
- 3 Tbls maple syrup
Soak the almonds in water for a few hours.
Process almonds in a blender or food processor until it looks like almond meal.
Add the coconut milk, water and coconut oil and blend.
Add the maple syrup and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Add more water if needed.
Serve with your favourite fresh fruit.
