- 280 g plain flour
- 40 g icing sugar
- 210 g unsalted butter,room temperature
- 100 g almonds meal
- 2 cups extra icing sugar
- 2 x sachets vanilla sugar ( 8 g )
1) Sift flour into a bowl and add 40 g icing sugar,butter and almond meal,make a dough.Leave covered in fridge for about 20 minutes,then take it out and create small cookies.(see my pictures)
Put them on lightly greased baking tray and bake in preheated oven on 170 C for about 15 minutes or until lightly brown.Still hot cover in icing sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
PS.be careful,because the cookies looks like they are to be hard,but they are easy to broken.You can keep them in plastic container in freezer for one year and when you take it out the taste is like you just make them now.
