- 1 cup boiled chick peas
- 2 x medium sized potatoes
- 1 x medium size tomato
- 1 x onion
- 1 tspn ginger garlic paste
- 1 tspn chaat masala powder
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 3 pinches red chilli powder
- 2 pinches coriander powder
- 2 pinches amchur powder(dried mango)
- 1/2 tspn lime juice
- 2 tspn chopped coriander(optional)
Boil and Mash the potatoes by adding pinch of salt.
Add half a spoon of oil and on medium heat slightly roast the mashed potatoes and set a side
Heat oil in pan,add half of the chopped onions and fry them till they are brown in color
Now add ginger garlic paste.
Add all the powders and saute them for 10 seconds.
Add tomatoes and salt .Let it cook until the tomatoes are totally mashed.
Add the chick peas and frozen green peas mix them well and let it cook for a minute.
Now add half of the mashed potatoes mix well.
Leave it for minute.(add 1/4 cup of water if required).
Serve the Ragada on the plate and top it with some mashed potatoes onions and chopped coriander leaves
