- 2 x roma tomatoes
- 2 x mozzarella balls
- 2 x slices of crusty bread sliced 1cm thick
- 3 Tbls white balsamic vinager
- 1 tspn sugar
- 1 Tbls chopped chives
Heat oven to 180′c. Combine Vinager and sugar together and leave to marinate. Slice Roma tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese. Place Roma tomatoes in Vinager mixture to marinate for 5 mins. Place tomatoes and cheese alternitivly on bread and drizzle remaining marinate on top. Place in oven until cheese just starts to melt. Serve with sprinkle of chives and season to taste.
