- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1oo g feta cheese
- 1 cup hollandaise sauce
- 1 bunch rocket leaves
1- Cook the asparagus in a pan of salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes drain and divide the asparagus onto 4 plates.
2- crumble the Feta cheese on top of the asparagus and drizzle on some hollandaise sauce. Decorate with rocket leaves and sprinkle on some salt and black pepper.

I didn’t make it sorry, I think it was gravox hollondaise sauce.
