- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tspn cinnamon
- 1/4 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn baking powder
- 1 x banana, mashed
- 3 Tbls applesauce
- 3/4 cups milk of your choice
Preheat oven to 180°C/355°F.
Grease or line two individual baking tins or ramekins.
In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, cinnamon, salt and baking powder.
Mash banana in a separate bowl, add applesauce and milk and pour into dry ingredients.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and leave to sit for 5 or so minutes until some of the liquid absorbs.
Pour the oatmeal mixture into two individual baking dishes, topping with extra banana slices if desired.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden and set and the edges start to pull in from the sides.
