Ingredients

  • 300 g baltic hering
  • 100 ml teriyaki
  • 50 ml soja sauce
  • 20 ml x sesam oil

Method

serves 2

Marinate fillets of baltic hering in a mixture of teriyaki, soja sauce and sesam oil for a few hours.
Cook in the oven at 200 degr C for 12 minutes.

Serve with salmon rice*) and grated Kohlrabi

*) salmonrice
sometimes you have the chance to get a fresh salmon. Dont be afraid to clean the fish at home, as from the head, skin and bones you get a great fatty salmon brew, which you can use for a great salmon rice. (deepfreeze the brew for later use)

Fry a chopped small union in the fishfat. add the rice and finally a splash of thai fish sauce and the fishbrew. When ready mix it a little sambal manis!
