- 2 x ripe bananas
- 1 1/5 cup organic rolled oats
- 1/3 cup peanut and coconut spread (or peanut butter)
- 1/2 tspn maple sugar
- 1/4 tspn cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Mash the bananas then add oats, peanut and coconut spread, maple sugar and cinnamon and mix well. When combined, fold in the chocolate chips.
Place teaspoons of mixture onto the baking tray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
