Ingredients

  • 1 x ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 x ripe pear, chopped
  • 1 Tbls manuka honey
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tspn white chia seeds
  • 2/4 cups ice cubes

Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve immediately.
