Ingredients

  • 4 x banana
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 50 g butter
  • 120 g whipped cream

Method

Recipe for 4 people

* Peel and cut the bananas
* In a frying pan, put the sugar with 1 tablespoon of water and cook until you get a caramel light coloration !
* Add the bananas, butter and rhum and cook for 2-3 minutes.
* Whisk the cream
* When the bananas is cold, fill your glaces with a layer of cream, then bananas, then palmiers etc.

Serve in a little glass as verrine….
