Ingredients

  • 1 x pizza base
  • 1/4 cup red capsicum, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 x red onion, chopped
  • 6 x "cup" mushrooms
  • 6 x slices of proscuitto
  • 8 x mini roma tomatoes
  • 6 x slices maasdam cheese
  • 2 Tbls chopped oregano leaves
  • 3 Tbls tomato paste
  • 1 tspn grated organic pecorino cheese
  • 1 handful kalamatta olives
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch cracked black peper

Method

• Preheat oven to 210˚C.
• Spread tomato paste over the pizza base.
• In the following order, top with maasdam cheese, prosciutto, mushrooms, tomatoes, capsicum, onion, garlic, olives, pecorino, oregano and seasoning.
• Drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil
• Cook in a fan forced oven for 20 minutes.
