- 1 x tomato
- 1 Tbls basil pesto
- 20 g goats cheese
- 10 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch cracked pepper
- 2 x sour dough bread slice
Firstly grab 2 slices of sourdough bread and cover both slices with basil pesto on one side. Secondly you then slice enough tomato to cover one slice of bread. Crack the pepper over the tomato, enough to suit your taste. Thirdly take your goats cheese and cut it into thin slices to cover the tomato. Place the second piece of bread on top to create a sandwich.
Now place the olive oil in a fry pan and wait until hot. Then place your sandwich on the pan until lightly golden and cheese has melted. Lastly, flip your toasted sandwich to ensure both sides are golden brown.
