- 500 g beef mince
- 1 x carrot
- 1 x shallot
- 1 x red capsicum
- 1 x onion
- 1 Tbls garlic
- 6 x eggs
- 1 tspn italian herbs
- 2 cups fresh or leftover vegies
Any leftover vegies will do, otherwise add anything you like.
Grate or chop the ingredients as fine as desired.
Mix all the ingredients for several minutes.
Grab a handful and roll then flatten into desired size.
Cook in a double sided cooker or fry pan for a few minutes.
Can be be used in a hamburger, as a meal by itself or served with vegies or salad.
Can be frozen for a quick meal.
