- 1 x egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 Tbls golden syrup
- 3 Tbls milk
- 1/2 tspn vanilla essemce
- 1 Tbls oil
- 3 Tbls oats
- 2 Tbls sr flour
- 1/2 tspn baking powder
- 1 Tbls blueberries
- 1/2 Tbls chia seeds
- 1/2 Tbls oats (topping)
- 1/2 Tbls blueberries (topping)
In each mug place the beaten egg white, golden syrup, milk, essence and oil.
Give it a quick beat with a fork and then add dry ingredients.
Mix until combined. Sprinkle the top with oats and extra blueberries.
Place the mug in the microwave for 1 minute.
Check and put in for a further 10-15 seconds if you think it needs it. It should spring back when touched.
Serve with a drizzle of golden syrup or maple syrup.
