Ingredients

  • 1 punnet blueberries
  • 1 x kiwi fruit, skinned and diced
  • 1 x peacherine, chopped
  • 1 x fig, quartered
  • 4 Tbls natural oats
  • 1 Tbls shredded coconut
  • 1 Tbls sesame seeds
  • 100 g (non fat) natural yoghurt

Method

Combine the oats, sesame seeds and coconut to make a quick ‘muesli’ mix. Then layer in a jar, bowl or tumbler: Fruit – Yoghurt – Muesli – Fruit – Yoghurt – Muesli

  • A perfect start to the day, looks beautiful. I have never heard of “peacherines”… obviously the result of a peach and a nectarine getting together for some special time?
