- 1 x juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 150 g thinly sliced bresaola
- 1/4 cup shaved parmesan
- 50 g baby rocket
Whisk together lemon juice and oil.
Arrange bresaola, parmesan and rocket on aplatter. Season. Drizzle over dressing and serve.
