- 1/2 x cabbage
- 1/2 cup chick peas (boiled)
- 2 x green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mixed vegetables
- 1/2 tspn coriander powder
- 1/2 tspn cumin powder
- 1/2 tspn chilli powder(adjust spice)
- 1/2 cup yoghurt beaten
- 1/2 cup cocunut milk
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- 1 tspn garam masala
- 2 tspn besan flour
- 1 tspn ginger garlic paste
- 1 x large red onion chopped
- 2 x medium sized tomatoes chopped
Boil some water in a pan with some salt ,then add the finely chopped cabbage,mixed vegetable and cook it till half done.when they are well done squeeze out all the water from it.Preserve the water
Add some chickpeas to the cabbage and mash it little.
Now add all the powders chopped green chilli and besan flour to the mixture and make them to medium sized balls(Koftas).
Deep fry Koftas in medium flame till they are brown in colour.
Add 4 tbls oil in pan,Once oil is heated add cinnamon,cloves,cardamoms once they are spluttered add onions .
Fry onions till brown ,Now add Tomatoes and ginger garlic paste,1/2 tspn turmeric powder and fry it till tomatoes are done.
Add the red chilli pwdr,coriander pwdr ,cumin powder,Garammasala powder and mix well and then add the beated yoghurt ,and preserverd water to it and bring it to nice boil till gravy is cooked.
When gravy is done add the koftas to the curry and garnish with coriander..
Taste best with Jeera rice,Rotis/Bread
