- 3 x bacon
- 2 x waffles
- 1 x icecream
- 250 g brown sugar
On a medium sized tray place bacon rashers, cover with brown sugar.
Put in oven until bacon is cooked and sugar is toffee.
Heat up waffles.
Place one scoop of ice cream on plate.
Once bacon is ready twirl to make a neat placement ontop of the waffles.
