- 4 x bananas
- 200 g caster sugar
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 1 x tub of greek yoghurt
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 1 cup water melon (cut into small cubes )
- 1 x sachet of cinnamon powder mixed with icing sugar
1)In frying pan heat sugar with 1tablespoon of water and make light brown caramel,add butter thickened cream,keep stirring,add peeled and cut it bananas and cook until all well combine together.Cool. Make layers into serving glass.Yoghurt,cinnamon,then bananas,then melon etc…..
