Ingredients

  • 1 x frozen banana chopped
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/8 tspn powdered ginger
  • 1/4 tspn powdered cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspn powdered nutmeg
  • 2 Tbls rolled oats
  • 1/2 tspn vanilla essence
  • 1 tspn agave syrup
  • 1/2 Tbls chia seeds
  • 1/2 x grated carrott

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender! All done!

*Note: if you like your smoothies to be extra thick, use more frozen banana and less milk.
