- 10 g chaga mushroom (dried powder)
- 40 g honey
- 400 ml water
I was lucky to find a chaga mushroom in a birch tree in front of our house in de mountains.
this mushroom is mainly misformed birchwood with an extreem high content of betulinic acid, which is oh so good for your general condition.
Birch sap, collected in spring, is not that powerfull booster as Chaga brew.
After sawing a piece off the mushroom you have to cut it into smaller small pieces and fine grind it before drying.
boil the water and add the powdered chaga and the honey. Cook it for at least 10 minutes.
cool it and fill the icecube holder and freeze it.
4 pieces in the morning and four pieces in the evening and you stay in super condition.
did you buy a wrong white wine (too acid or tastless) ?
just add an icecube of chagabrew !

That’s 100% organic! I really like the idea to grow or collect your own food ingredients… Nice work!
