Ingredients

  • 2 x large potatoes (washed,peeled and almost cooked )
  • 2 Tbls olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic(crushed)
  • 6 Tbls cheese chedar (grated )
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method

1)Preheat oven to 190 C,slice the cool potatoes lengthways about 1 cm thick,brush one side with oil and arrange on baking tray the oiled side down.The rest of oil mix with garlic and seasoning,brush over the top of the potatoes.Sprinkle each potato with cheese and bake for about 15 – 20 minutes or until potatoes golden.

2)Serve on its own or with your favor meat.

PS.This is really very quick and potatoes are crunchy when just cooked.Good for kids for snack after school.
