- 200 g bean sprouts
- 4 Tbls soy sauce
- 0.5 cup water
- 300 g chicken breast strips
Cook the chicken breast strips with the soy sauce and water on medium heat in a wok or fry pan until browned.
When the chicken is cooked stir in the bean sprouts and simmer until they soften slightly.
Serve as a low fat meal or as a side dish along with vegetable spring rolls.
Alternately try adding half a teaspoon of crushed garlic when cooking the chicken.
