- 250 g minced chiken
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 1/2 tspn chillipowder
- 4 x mintleaves
- 1/2 cup chooped onions
- 1 tspn ginger garlic paste
- 1 x canned redbeans
- 5 x button mushrooms chopped
- 4 x garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/2 tspn lime juice
Mix the minced chicken ,coriander,Chilli powder,salt,coriander ,Mint leaves,Ginger garlic paste and thinly chopped onions in bowl and set side
Add 2 spoons oil on the pan and spread it.
Make patties with the chicken mixture and fry it on the pan both sides covered
Clean the Red beans add some salt and 1/2 spoon lime juice and set a side.
Heat 1 spoon of oil on medium heat ,
add cumin seeds and fry it till brown in color.
Add onions and crushed garlic and saute for a minute.
Now add mushrooms and fry for couple of minutes or until cooked and then add capsicum
cook for more a minute.
Add the red beans (make sure you dont water from red beans)
saute for 2 minutes.
Serve Patties and beans salad.
