- 1kg x chicken breast
- 500ml x thickened cream
- 3 x chicken stock cubes
- 2 x garlic cloves
- 1tbs x mustard
- 2 x puff pasty sheets
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Cut the chicken to bite sized pieces, cook in a non stick pan with the garlic until it is half cooked. Add the cream, chicken stock, mustard and salt and pepper. Continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through. Pour this into an oven dish and add pastry to the top, cook in oven until pastry is golden.

I don’t know what you mean by thickened cream.
Do I have to make a roux, or just get coffee, or whipping cream.
