  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 1/2 x avocado
  • 1 splash thickened cream
  • 1 tspn garlic
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbls olive oil or rice bran oil
  • 1 x rindless bacon rasher
  • 1 sprig sage


wrap chicken breast with sage and bacon rasher
pan sear breast with a little olive oil until golden on both sides
place in oven covered for juiciness to finish cooking
place garlic salt and pepper and cream in pan to thicken to a sauce
add abit of shallots or chives for colour
grab your chicken breast out of over after 10 minutes
check to see if pink juices comes out, if not
place on plate pour sauce over the chicken breast and serve with your fave vegetables or salad
