  • 500 g chicken breast fillets cut into strips
  • 2 Tbls oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic(crushed)
  • 1/2 tspn chinese five - spice herbs
  • 1 x packet frozen stir-fry vegetables (500 g )
  • 1 x packet flat thai noodles (440 g )
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 Tbls dry sherry


1)In pan heat oil on medium heat,add chicken and fry until brown golden.

2)In small bowl combine oyster sauce,2 tablespoons water,garlic,five-spice herbs and sherry mix and make sauce.Pour into meat.Add vegetables and cook until vegetable is soft and still crunchy.Noodles cook as directed on a packet and then fold them into meat and mix.Taste and see,if anything need to be added.

3)Serve on a plate.
