- 1 kg thigh fillets
- 3 L eggs ( slightly beaten in bowl )
- 250 ml soda water
- 3/4 cups shredded cheese( mozzarella or tasty or any hard cheese)
- 1 cup corn flour
- 2 -3 tspn garlic(crushed)
- 1 x salt
- 1 L olive oil
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1-2 kg potatoes
- 1 x bottle of sweet chilli sauce
1)Thigh fillets wash in cold water and cut to longer pieces.Drain and season with salt.Put to another bowl and cover all over with corn flour.
2)Potatoes peel and cook in salty water until soft with little of turmeric( 1tspn) you will get beautiful colour.
3)Put in bowl eggs,soda water,garlic,cheese and flour and make batter.If is to thick put more soda water,if it to runny put little more flour and make a batter.Pour the batter on chicken pieces and mix all well.
4)In deeper pan heat oil on medium heat and transfer the meat one by one into the oil and fry slowly until nice and gold,then put it on paper towel for a while take it the excess of oil.Serve with potatoes,fresh green salad and sweet chilli sauce.(optional)
PS.This style of chicken is the best to eat when is done,because is very crunchy.
