- 4 -6 L chicken thighs
- 4 pinches chicken salt ( to season )
- 1 L sweet potato ( cut circle 1 cm high )
- 2-3 x stalks green shallots (finely cut for garnish )
- 1 x fresh ground black pepper (optional )
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-3 pinches sea salt
- 2 Tbls olive oil
1)The chicken thighs clean and wash under cold water,drain with paper towel and season with chicken salt and put into oven proof dish and bake on 170 C covered until soft.Before finish baking uncover and cook until nice and golden.
2)Sweet potato wash and peel,drain with paper towel and cut circle ….1 cm high,season with sea salt and fry in pan with oil on both sides until nice and golden.Put on paper towel,take it the excess of oil.
3)Serve on a plate with vegetable salad or gherkins.
