- 1-2 kg chicken marylands
- 1 x jar of chicken salt or your favor seasonning
- 30 g butter
- 1 Tbls heaped plain flour
- 1 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 200 tspn fresh thyme leafs
- 1 x fresh ground black pepper
- 3 - 4 Tbls olive oil
- 3 pinches salt ( for potatoes )
1)The chicken meat clean and wash,season and put into oven proof dish with lid on and bake.Before finish take the lid off and bake until brown and golden.
2)Sweet potatoes peel,wash,dry with paper towel and cut into 1 cm thick.In pan heat oil on medium heat,add the potatoes season with salt and fry on both sides until brown golden,but still crispy.
3)In small saucepan heat butter on medium heat,add flour and cook for …1 minute.Pour in stock and bring to boil.Stir in lemon juice and thyme leafs and cook ….3-4 minutes.Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.Taste and see,if something need to be added.
4)Arrange the sweet potatoes with chicken on a plate and drizzle with sauce.Serve with vegetable salad.
