- 200 g spaghetti
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 90 g butter
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 3 x chopped red chillies
- 90 g parmesan cheese
- 400 g green prawns
Cook pasta in boiling water till tender
Heat oil and butter in large frying pan
Add garlic chillies and cook till fragrant.
Add prawns and stir till prawns turn pink
Add Salt & Pepper to taste.
Add pasta and stir well until all ingredients are combined.
Serve with parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley
