  • 350 g potato wedges
  • 1 x onion
  • 1 x tomato
  • 1 x capsicum
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tspn vinegar
  • 1 spring x coriander to garnish


First deep fry the potato wedges 2 mm
While deep frying chop 1 Spanish onion randomly and randomly cut some garlic cloves and mass the garlic and add all the chilly. after that take the deep fried potato wedges and let that to drip all the oil from the wedges. Then cut one full tomato and capsicum and chop 4 red chilly.
Put the frying pan on the stove and drizzle oil on the pan then put the onion and when it looks bit transparent then put all the garlic that have been minced then add green capsicum and tomato then stir for a minute then put some tomato sauce 1 cup and then stir for another minute and add potato wedges on the frypan and put 2 teaspoon of vinegar on the potato wedges then stir for another 3 minutes. Your chips chilly is ready. Garnish with coriander and shallots and its ready to eat
