- 1 L milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 Tbls cocoa
- 1 tspn vanilla sugar
- 1 Tbls cornflour
- 1 Tbls flour
- 1 handful hazelnuts
Combine the sugar, cocoa, cornflour and flour in a pan. Gradually add the milk constantly stirring on low heat. Bring the mixture to the boil and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Add the vanilla sugar giving it a quick stir and pour into 12 small cups or serving dishes.
Allow o cool in room temperature and refrigerate overnight.
Serve cold decorated with hazelnuts.
