- 2 x 250 g packet of milk arrowroot biscuits
- 2 Tbls cocoa powder
- 1 cup milk
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 3/4 cups white sugar
Crush the biscuits in a food processor until they reach a fine breadcrumb consistency.
Combine milk, butter, cocoa powder and sugar in a saucepan. Heat while stirring until butter melts. Cool to room temperature.
Combine crushed biscuits and chocolate milk in a large bowl.
Mix well until combined.
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Decorate.

Thank you, Anna! You are right. With bit of rum – perfect! I often experiment with this recipe by adding rum, nuts or coconut. But my kids love this basic recipe most.
