- 350 g chopped dark chocolate
- 50 g chopped milk chocolate
- 2 Tbls cocoa
- 1 tspn vanilla essence
- 120 g butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 6 x eggs
- 2 Tbls plain flour
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Place chocolate, cocoa, vanilla essence, butter, sugar and cream in a saucepan. Stir until melted and smooth. Whisk the eggs and flour in a separate bowl. Gradually whisk in the chocolate mix and pour into 8 lightly greased cups or ovenproof dishes. Place the cups in a deep baking dish or tray and pour in enough water to come halfway up the sides. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until firm enough to touch. Place in the fridge until cold. Serve with scoop of ice-cream and fresh strawberries.
It’s the perfect dinner party dessert because it can be prepped before hand… plus everyone loves a chocolate fudge!

Sure is! And they’re even easier to eat!
I really want to make this but I’m slightly confused. You mention cream in your Method but not in your list of ingredients. How much cream do you use or are you referring to ‘cream’ the procedure?
