- 1 x egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 Tbls white sugar
- 2 Tbls cocoa powder
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 4 Tbls olive oil (for frying)
Place flour, cocoa powder, sugar, egg and salt into a large bowl. Add buttermilk and mix well until combined.
Heat some oil in a frying pan. Spoon mixture in to frying pan and cook one side until bubbles appear. Then flip pancake and cook other side.
Serve with whipped cream, melted chocolate or condensed milk.
