- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 150 g milk chocolate melts
- 150 g white chocolate melts
- 50 g copha - optional
Pop the popcorn kernels either in the microwave, on the stove or in a popcorn maker, once finished place popcorn in a bowl.
For the next step you can add half the copha to each bowl of chocolate if you wish.
Next melt the milk chocolate and pour over the popcorn and mix together thoroughly until popcorn is coated, than melt the white chocolate and pour that over the popcorn and mix it together thoroughly.
Serve in a large bowl or you can break it up into smaller amounts.
