- 1 x red capsicum
- 1 x red onion
- 1 x bag baby spinach
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 x chorizo sausage
- 1 x packet of pappardelle
- 1/2 x packet butter
Boil water in preparation for the pappardelle.
Combine Cajun seasoning with the butter (depending on how much spice you like)
In very hot pan add the sliced chorizo with a little oil and little sea salt. When chorizo is caramelised add the butter.
Next add sliced red capsicum & sliced red onion, as well as garlic clove.
When pasta is ready drain and add to chorizo mix along with baby spinach. Mix through topcoat the pasta.
Can also add cherry tomatoes or prawns.
Serve with freshly grated Parmesan, some romantic tunes and a glass of luscious merlot. Presto you’ve just spiced up your love life. Enjoy!
