- 290 g plain flour
- 240 g unsalted butter( room temperature )
- 1 L eggs
- 1 Tbls cold water
- 100 g grinded walnuts ( very fine in
- 100 g icing sugar
- 1 L eggs
- 1 x yolk
- 1 cup icing sugar mixed with 2 vanillin sugar
- 2 x vanillin sugar
- 1 cup extra plain flour
1)In bowl mix flour,butter,egg and water,make dough,leave in cooler place.
2)Meanwhile make FILLING:in bowl mix together walnuts,sugar,egg and yolk.
3)Dust with flour bench and roll out the dough with rolling pin.With glass ( 6 cm diameter) cut circle and put on each in the middle walnut filling and make the cookies into a moon shape and the end press properly together
4)Put them on greased oven tray and bake on 160 – 170 C (fan )if you have high temperature,the cookies can crack on the top.Bake that until slightly gold.
5)In bowl mix icing sugar with vanillin sugar and hot cookies cover with.
PS.This cookies you can freezer until one year and when you take it from freezer,leave it for a while at room temperature they will be as you just bake it.

Kristie,sorry I should write vanillin sugar.The best place is IGA supermarket.When you mix together icing sugar with vanillin sugar and you dust any cake with, you will get beautiful flavour.
