- 420 g plain flour
- 300 g unsalted butter
- 180 g grinded walnuts ( very fine in grinder )
- 120 g icing sugar
- 2 x vanillin sugar
1) In big bowl mix flour,butter ( room temperature or very soft ),walnuts and sugar.Make dough and leave 1 hour in fridge.
2 ) On the bench make little cookies ( small rolls ),don’t dust the bench with flour.It work without dusting.More flour in,less taste of it.
3 ) Grease baking tray with cover from butter it is good enough for that,bring the cookies on and put to preheated oven about 160 C – 170 C and bake until slightly gold.But keep eyes on.
4 ) Mix vanillin sugar with icing sugar and then dust the cookies with that.You will get beautiful taste.

Hello Snjezana.The sugar is going into dough.(120 g )And because I made double of dough looks to you to much sugar is in yes?,but don’t be to worry.If you have big family it is fine.And I always keep any nuts in freezer and the cookies to.When you take it them from freezer out and serve on a plate it is just as you cooked them now.Snjezana good luck and tell mi after how was it.
