- 1 kg plain flour
- 320 g vanila custard powder
- 500 g caster sugar
- 8 g baking powder
- 1 x unsalted butter( room temperature )
- 2 x coffa margarine
- 3 x eggs(lightly beaten just with fork) )
- 3 x yolk
- 2 cups icing sugar mixed with 2 vanillin sugar
- 2 x vanillin sugar
- 1 x jar of marmalade
1)Mix in bowl all ingredients( not vanillin sugar with icing sugar ),make dough,cover with plastic foil and leave over night in fridge.
2)Next day take the dough from fridge,leave it to softer and divide to half.Dust bench with flour and with rolling pin roll out to any shape( 5mm high.)Cut with cutter your favourite shapes and transfer them on lightly greased baking tray.
3)Bake it in oven on 160 C or until gold.Next day stick cookies with marmalade together and dust with icing sugar with vanillin sugar.
