- 600 g continental flour
- 250 g caster sugar
- 400 g unsalted butter( room temperature )
- 250 g coconut (very fine shredded )
- 2 x eggs(lightly beaten just with fork) )
- 2 x vanillin sugar
- 1 x skin from lemon (grinded very fine )
- 250 g icing sugar
- 1/8 L water
1)In bowl mix together continental flour,caster sugar,butter,coconut,eggs,vanillin sugar and skin from lemon and make mixture.
2)Put the mixture into piping bag and create the rings.Put them on lightly greased baking tray and bake in oven on 160 -170 C or until gold.Cool them and dip in white sauce and leave to dry.
250 g icing sugar
1/8 L water
1)Put to bowl sugar and water and with electric mixer beat until the sauce is thick and white.Dip in ring and leave to dry.
