- 500 g diced pork
- 1 x sliced brown onion
- 1 x sliced green capsicum
- 1 tspn sugar
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbls italian herbs
- 1 Tbls salt
- 1 Tbls pepper
- 10 x skewers
1-sprinkle sugar on onion
2-on a skewer place 1 pce of diced pork then one piece of onion,then capsicum,and follow until you have 5 pieces of each on the skewer.
3-sprinkle with olive oil,salt and pepper
4-follow the same method for the rest of the skewers until you have 10.
5-on a gas cooktop or induction cooktop,oil a griddle plate lightly and warm up on a medium setting for 6 minutes.
6-place the skewers on the griddle plate and grill for 6 minutes on each side for a total fo 12 minutes.
7-add a extra 4-5 minutes if needed.
8-on a plate sprinkle salt,pepper and italian herbs,and place the skewers on the plate and serve with a nice cucumber and lettuce salad.
