- 6 L chicken drumstick
- 4 L eggs whisk with milk
- 150 ml milk
- 1 x packet of bread - crumbs
- 6 pinches salt
- 6 pinches black pepper
- 1 L olive oil ( or any oil )
- 500 g plain flour
- 1 x packet of potato vedges
1)Drumstick wash,season with salt and pepper and lightly cover with flour then in eggs and last cover will be bread-crumbs.
2)In deep pan heat oil,put drumstick in and fry slowly on medium until all will be nice and gold.(but keep turning the drumstick)
After put on paper towel,take it the excess oil off
3)Put the drumstick into round saucepan(thermos) keep it nice and warm.
4)Potato vedges cook as directed on a packet.
PS.You can used your favoured seasoning on chicken,before you crumbed.
