Ingredients

  • 1 kg mince beef or lamb
  • 2 x medium onion
  • 2 x tomato
  • 1 bunch continental parsley
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 Tbls salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 x eggs
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 200 g bread crumbs
  • 500 ml oil

Method

finely Chop the Parley, coriander, onion, garlic and tomato (seeds removed) and
Mix all ingredients above with the minced beef. Beat the eggs.
Make a ball with your hand with the beef mixture, roll it into the plain flour after pass into the eggs and finely pass into the bread crumbs and flatten it a bit as disc because it help even cook.
Fry in a hot oil till golden brown. Enjoy.
