  • 500 g mince
  • 2 cups peas
  • 1 Tbls vegeta
  • 5 Tbls worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbls korma curry paste
  • 1 kg plain flour
  • 2 x oniions
  • 2-3 cups water
  • 1/2- 1 cup oil


Step1: Fry diced onion until translucent and add mince, Fry til browned, add vegeta, curry paste, worcestershire sauce and peas, cook for a further 10-15 mins. Put in fridge or freezer to cool.

Step2: Make a basic dough adding flour water, salt and oil and mixing until not sticky. Set aside for 20 mins with a brushing of oil on top of the dough in the bowl.

Step3: Once the mince mixture is cooled assemble curry puffs, by using a pastie maker, remember not to overfill… dont fry immediately let dough get a little dried out before ready to fry.
