- 6 x anchovies
- 2/3 cups black pitted olives
- 1 tspn dijon mustard
- 1 tspn capers
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 g good quality dark chocolate - chopped
- 1 splash olive oil
- 2 pinches salt
This recipe is something a little bit different and will not appeal to everyone’s palate. If you enjoy a good drop of red wine, dark chocolate and an antipasto platter, this is the dish for you. Please keep an open mind as the kick of salty anchovies and olives, paired with the bitter sweet chocolate is surprisingly good.
Put all ingredients into a food processor and blend.
Taste and season as required.
Serve with fresh crunchy bread and soft goats cheese.
