  • 600 ml pure cream
  • 2 Tbls honey
  • 2 Tbls castor sugar
  • 1 strip x orange rind
  • 3 tspn gelatine powder
  • 6 x cups


Simmer pure cream, honey, castor sugar and orange rind in a pan on low for 10mins. Remove from heat, remove rind.

Dissolve gelatin powder in 1 tbls boiling water.

Add to pan. Stir, Strain.

Pour into 1/2 greased (with maple syrup ) cup moulds, add a little extra to bottom of cup before pouring in mixture so when you place on the plate it runs over the pannacotta as well as making it easier to come out.

Chill for 3 hours.
Invert onto plates.

*replace normal gelatin for halal gelatin for same effect
