- 3 cups self - raising flour
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1 cup double thick cream
- 1/2 cup rasberry jam
- 1/2 cup extra cream
1. Sift flour.
2. Add cream and lemonade to flour. Mix well.
3. Grease muffin tin. Divide mixture amongst the 10 muffin pans.
4. Bake at 180 degrees celcius, for 16-18 mins, till gloden and fully risen.
5. Allow to cool.
6.Cut/ Break in half and spread with jam and a dollop of cream, or vice versa, depending on what you prefer.
