  • 6-8 x potatoes
  • 2 Tbls butter
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 10 x frankfurts
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup frozen carrots
  • 1\2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 Tbls oil
  • 1 pinch salt


1- Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks. Cook in a large saucepan of boiling water for 30 minutes. Drain the potatoes and return to the saucepan.
2- Add butter, milk, cheese and salt. Using a potato masher mash the potatoes and put into a square/rectangular dish.
3- Boil,some water and cook the frozen corn, carrots and peas. Cut the frankfurts into rounds and cook with a little bit of oil until just cooked.
4- Place the peas, carrots and corn on the mashed potato followed by frankfurts.
5- Drizzle mayonnaise and ketchup before serving.
6- This is best enjoyed hot.
